My agency charges six-figures for this DFY (Done For You) service, but to help smaller entrepreneurs benefit from my expertise at fraction of the cost, I've created this DWY (Done With You) service. I'll mentor you to bring your coaching/course business to the next level.
Freelancers & Agency Owners
In my digital agency, I've mentored dozens of employees who went on to build successful freelancing businesses as well as 7-figure & 8-figure agencies. I feel like this is my real strength in running my agency. I'll show you all the ins and outs of running a freelance or agency business, how to solve any problems you're stuck on so you can reach the next level in your business.
How it works
I ran this mentorship a year ago and based on what I've learned, I created the following schedule to help you get the most out of this program:
Week 1 | Kick-off Meeting
We'll meet for 1 hour to go over your business, problems you want to solve, and measurable goals for 2025. After the kick-off session, I'll put together an implementation plan we'll follow for the next 10 weeks to get you closer to your goals.
Week 2 - Week 12 | Implementation
You'll have weekly tasks to complete based on the 10 week plan. We'll meet at the end of each week for 30 minutes to go over your progress, tackle any issues you had for the week, and go over the following week's tasks. I'll also be available via email to answer any questions you have during the week if you get stuck.
Week 12 | Post-implementation Plan
We'll meet for 30 minutes to go over the plan you'll need to follow on your own going forward. It'll be designed to help you stay on a trajectory to hit your 2025 goals. You'll start your post-implementation plan this week.
Week 13 | Send-off Meeting
After your first week of following the post-implementation plan, we'll meet for 30 minutes to go over anything you were stuck on or any questions you may have.
How much does it cost?
$5,950
(or 3 payments of $2,000/mo)
Mentorship is 13 weeks and it includes 1 hour kick-off meeting and 12 sessions of 30-min coaching calls
Starts on March 5 (or March 6, depending on which day you're available)
How to start
I honestly believe this mentorship will only help you if you've already been running your business and have some experience to know what exactly you're struggling with. If you're just starting out and have zero experience, this might not be for you.
