Clients always used to say to me:

“Sun, we’re not big enough to invest in a fancy website. We’ll do it when we get bigger.”

Most small business owners think a “fancy” design is only necessary for more established businesses.

Here’s how I would respond:

“Big companies don’t need fancy design. People will shop at Amazon even if their design sucks because they trust them.

Small businesses like you NEED fancy designs… Why?

Nobody knows you, so why would they trust you if your website looks like my 13 year old nephew made it in his bedroom?”

Guess what they said next…

“I never thought of it that way” 😁

Here’s the point I’m trying to make:

Most people are brainwashed with the same old ideas and they’ve never thought of things in a different way before.

You ever notice how every brand story basically sounds the same?

Kinda like this one right here

Also, you ever notice how everyone in your industry basically post content saying the same shit everyone else is saying?

But there’s no point in saying something that everyone already knows and agrees with. It defeats the whole POINT of posting content or running a business!

Here’s why you should disagree with them:

You do what you do because you DISAGREE with your competitors and you can do it BETTER than them.

Otherwise what are you achieving?

Why not just send people to your competitors?

So think about what ideas you’re selling and how you do things differently than everyone else.
